Objectives:

1. Master the imaginal sensations
2. Make a daily habit of effective imaginal acts
3. Manifest three aims with the imaginal act technique

Days:

December 9th to 27th, 2024; Mondays to Fridays

Duration:

15 minutes daily, Mondays to Fridays (4:30pm to 4:45pm WAT)
